This week marks Indieventure’s first anniversary. To celebrate, we’ve (finally) decided to launch our very own Discord server!
After squatting in the community of our former employer for over a year (soz, RPS), we’ve now set up our own corner of the internet where listeners can discuss episodes, share indie game recommendations and gush about their own hyperfixations.
Today we’re “soft” launching the server, which basically means we’re sharing it on our socials and here on the website before we mention it within an episode. This lets us work out the logistics of running an online community before we open the doors to our wider audience.
If you do decide to jump in, make sure you check out the rules before you start posting. Not be a grump, but with the internet being as, you know, rancid as it currently is we’re going to work hard to keep this community friendly, inclusive and fun. We just want a nice space where people can talk about cool indie games! Or Bjorn from Peggle. Whatever takes priority.
You can join the server here, or by using the widget embedded below this post.
Happy posting!
